LM 19.1 all updates. Insert SD card. Move files to disk. Select eject in Nemo. There is no "safe to remove" message. In some previous LM, there was always a safe message. Now the safe message appears only some times. I think it does not appear when Linux has ticked over a minute and flushed all the updates to disk.
For removable storage devices, the message should always appear after an eject.
