[SOLVED] Permission Denied on accessing the USB port

Hi,
I have an application installed called CHIRP, I used this to program my portable radio. Now the problem is when I accessed my radio there's an error message that says "[Errno 13] could not open port /dev/ttyUSB0: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/dev/ttyUSB0'"
can you help me on this?
