I had issues with getting a grub menu & I got it fixed, before that I could delete & move files from LM 19.1 and W10 and vice versa. It will mount the windows drive, I'm just unable to delete files in my windows drive or move files between the 2 drives when I"m in LM. Don't want to use "gksudu nemo" because I would have to enter it every time I wanted to move or delete files. How do I fix this?

it's possible that windows don't shutdown regularly
Many time windows don't shutdown but only partially... like macOs. A solution beetween ibernation and shutdown

Try to close windows fully
You can press the shift key when click on shutdown or open a powershell shell and close via StopComputer command
