Sorry, yes your link worked as well, I can see it under /n/ntfs-config, both the link I searched for and your has the same files..

Anyway, the problem in your message is a failure to resolve the domain name (dns name to IP address)
--so, you will have to reheck your network settings
In terminal
  • cat /etc/resolv.conf
    # Generated by NetworkManager
    domain gateway.name
    search gateway.name
    nameserver 192.x.x.x
netstat -rn
ifconfig or iwconfig or iwlist for wireless networks
