How to change cursor?

Post by WHVW » Thu Jun 06, 2019 1:33 pm

Hi All:

Seems I remember running across a setting (once upon a time) that would allow you to change the cursor style. I can't find it now.

What I would like to do is get rid of the clunky capital letter "I" shaped cursor (that partially obliterates text) to the underscore style one (that does not.

Anyone know how?

Thanks.

Warf Rat:

Events have kept me away from this forum for a while. Relating to my question, I cannot find the dialogue box you show above.( LM 19). How do I access it?

Thanks.

Warf Rat:

Thank you for that; it now works the way I want in terminal. However, not in Libre Office, Text Editor, or "system", i.e. creating folders, etc.Is there a way to get that cursor across the board?

Thank you.
