Any recommendations for typing practice software?

I have a second grade grandson to whom I'm beginning to teach html and css, and hate to see him hunt-and-peck.

tenfoot, thanks for the list. I installed GNU Typist, (gtypist); I like the free software concept.

Recommendations from others are still welcome, for possible future use, or for the benefit of other people who might read this thread.
