How to change the display scale on tightvnc viewer?

Post by pennjust » Wed Aug 07, 2019 8:41 pm

Hi, everyone.
I have the tightvnc viewer works fine, I can connect to different PCs.
But unfortunately when I connect to some PC the scaling is just wrong, I can't see the whole screen, need to slide the bottom and right bar to adjust. I guess it's because the server PC has a larger resolution than mine.
On windows, it's easy to change the Display scale, just open the vncviewer then change it in the connection options. But is there a way to change that on Linux Mint? Cheers.

Try using realvnc viewer instead. Plenty of screen options to tweak.

Hi, Lanser. Thanks for the suggestion, I still hope that there's a way to do it on TightVNC, cheers mate.
