Web problem with Fedex under Firefox browser

Post by wpshooter » Wed Oct 16, 2019 9:54 am

Am having a problem with getting email notification requests to Fedex for package tracking to work under
Linux Mint's (mate 19.2 - 64bit) Firefox browser.

Is there any way to contact Firefox to request that they contact Fedex web developers
to work on fixinig this problem ?

These email notifications request have worked in the past but now all of a sudden they do not work.

Thanks.

Hi,
These email notifications - just to make sure - are they from or to Fedex?
What version for Firefox are you using?
What plugins have you got enabled?
When did they last work?
Do you remember doing anything to Firefox, such as changing addons/extensions, upgrades etc?

They are email notifications that are to come from Fedex to me (their customer).

Firefox Quantum 69.0.3 - 64 bit - mint 1.0 - with all available updates from Linux Mint server applied

Open H264 Video Codec and Shockwave Flash

I could not give you an exact time frame as to when I last tried to submit request for email notifications, just know that in the past they have worked.

No addons/extensions only upgrades to Firefox that came down in Update Manager updates.

Thanks.

P.S. - there is also addon "Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc. (disabled)" - but this appears to means that it is not functional.
