Center Mouse Button Paste in Libre Writer

Though out my Linux Mint installation I can highlight text and paste it with my center mouse button on all my apps, I am unable to do this in Libra writer, is this possible?

It works for me. I have no idea why it doesn't for you.

Maybe the setting is off in LibreOffice.

In Writer (possibly the others also, but I don't use them)

In the Right hand bit near the bottom, Mouse
Middle Mouse Button - should be 'Paste Clipboard'

This is the way in LO 6.0.7.3 (as per the Software Manager)

Great, thanks that fixed it!

OTOH I can paste text that is from an app outside of Libre Writer, but I can't highlight and CMB paste text that is inside of a Writer document?
