[SOLVED] how to install mono mint 19.3

I need mono 2.10.8 ....i am installing opensim and the new version seems to cause issues. The 2.10.8 version is recomended. i have googled for an hour with no luck . i dont build from source often but can follow instructions. any help here ? I need a download for that version with instructions on how to install it.

Yes, so confusion can arise. Under opensim comes exactly the Stanford University...

By the way, I would also ask in Opensimulator directly in their Forum or the developers themselves. A short Mail, politely asked usually gives a friendly answer. Google is problematic, because it also lists idiotic answers.

Problem solved...had a friend in a FB group linked me mono-archive. that page has all versions of mono listed . maybe this will help someone els. thanks !

Fine. But make sure you don't mess with Mint. Maybe it's clear anyway, but always use the Synaptic Package Manager when making changes to system components. There are also comes detailed warnings if dependencies would be damaged.
