Homebank problems <SOLVED>

Post by LMF »

I just need a simple, single-entry app to track my checking account.
Homebank seems appropriate, but I have the following problems:

I tried experimenting with Homebank and now have 5 .xhb files (including the example.xhb which comes with Homebank.

1. How do I remove the unwanted .xhb files, leaving just the one I want to use?

2. How do I make a copy in another location as a backup?

Probably obvious, I am a Linux Mint newbie and not completely comfortable with the file system yet.

Thank you.
Lyle

I don't use/know Homebank but this hopefully will help somewhat:

Thank you.
This is quite helpful--access to the site of Homebank's author should provide the answers I need.
