[Solved] Viber image send

Post by zex1986 »

Hi,

I have installed Viber on my LM 20 Cinnamon from official Viber site (downloaded .deb file). Everything works fine but sending images. When I send image, the recepient can't open image (image not found is the error). The same error I get when I try to open that image that is send from LM on my mobile. LM opens that image from Viber with no problems. This happens to any image.

Does anyone have similiar issue?

Thanks.

Does "official Viber site" translate to https://www.viber.com/en/download/?
Does the ".deb file" translate to https://download.cdn.viber.com/cdn/desktop/Linux/viber.deb?

When you send a photo from Viber on your Linux Mint desktop, do you follow these steps: Send a photo from the gallery?
You are aware of the size limit of 250 KB (which is not really much for a photo)?

Yes, those are the links. I'm not sure what happened, but today I don't have that problem, everything is normal and ok. Thanks. I'm closing this thread.
