Can't seem to get Google Stress App Test working in Linux Mint 20

Post by nudelphi »

Total Linux noob but have been using a bootable Linux Mint flash drive to do some preliminary RAM stability testing before installing other OS (to be read as Win 10) for some time now.

After updating my reliable Linux Mint flash drive from 19.2 to 20, launching GSAT always end with near freezing of the system (and no GSAT display) till the rig is rebooted. Has anyone else succeeded in getting GSAT working again so far?

Likewise can no longer install i.nex, had to remove it when doing the Mint OS upgrade.

Thanks for reading and any help in advance, cheers.
