I am trying to log in to my laptop from the fixed PC.
And use here for the user account
but he doesn't, how is this possible

I assume you want to share the desktop of your LM laptop using Remina on another PC (and login with the credentials of your LM laptop). Correct?
I have two LM laptops (one with Remina operational) and honestly after searching for a while I have to admit I'm unable to know what to do on my second laptop (the server).
PS: several articles on internet suggest to install TeamViewer but I'm surprised there is no solution in LM out of the box.

I decided to install NoMachine on the two LM laptops I have and that worked as a charm.
I used this article:

Below is my installation log. (I have the same log on both laptops)

I started NoMachine via the LM menu on the first laptop and it detected there was a second laptop with NoMachine running on my local network. I connected using the credentials of the second laptop and that's it.
