[SOLVED] LMDE 4 - which Vbox?

I'd like to try LMDE 4 in Vbox. Which Vbox should I download, Debian 9 or 10?

I have always downloaded the Ubuntu version.
So virtualbox-6.1_6.1.22-144080_Ubuntu_eoan_amd64 (the top one) - it is a .deb file as well..

Don't forget to download VirtualBox 6.1.22 Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack as well..

Thanks for the suggestions. However, I thought the whole idea behind LMDE was to use Debian and be independent of Ubuntu?

Yes, LMDE is based on Debian, however you are installing Virtual Box on Mint - which is based on Ubuntu.

The guests that you load onto your Mint based Virtual Box can be based on anything you like - even Windows.. :D
