CSS for giving Cinnamon desktop items an outline not working?
I was trying to get proper/"duplicate of text, but dark and blurred" shadow effect on my Cinnamon desktop items, since often their names are unreadable (or hard to, at least) against light backgrounds, but making gtk.css in ~/.config/gtk-3.0 and adding some code doesn't seem to work? I even tried logging off, but no luck.
