I am trying to figure out the same thing, along with a wireless projector, which I believe is also Miracast. All I have found so far is Miraclecast (https://github.com/albfan/miraclecast). It doesn't have any packages so you have to build it from source, and it's a command line interface.
With that I can detect my TV and the TV recognizes that I am trying to connect, but it just fails. It looks like the project isn't seeing a lot of development right now, and I haven't heard of anything else that will do it.
[EDIT] Also look into gnome-network-displays.

Thaks so much the gnome displays program worked for i didn't even try miraclecast beacuse it was to complicated.
