Been reading about the polkit vulnerability and wanted to be certain this has been patched by the Linux Mint team as i noticed my version of polkit is one of the vulnerable versions.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Not absolutely sure which one you are on about.
However, if it is CVE-2021-3560 then it has certainly been fixed in Mint 20.1 - via Ubuntu.

Yes that was the CVE i was talking about at hence it does appear my machine was patched.
