lost apt dont know why or when but time shift didnt help

Hey NOOB Here, well at least i forgot the few things that arnt different since the days of B.B.S.s and before plug and pray
Any who idk how or why, but this is day 4 since i installed and the apt, get, ect. and the software manager all say some variant of this message

i am not sure hot to fix it.
i assume that i just take the original file form the stock install and replace it. But because iam not sure i wanted to chek first.

also since i am asking
1) couldnt install wine
2) network settings IDK i have i about half right but need to make my router connect to my port-a-hotspot (T-Mobile) or i cant get internet through.
3)need to install virtual box downloaded what i needed but unsure of the correct way

Can you provide the output of the terminal command
