Notification applet: no user-configurable timeout?
Am I right in thinking that the user cannot set the time for which a notification displays (on Cinnamon on Mint 20.2)? The notifications applet has the option, 'Remove notifications after their timeout is reached' but I believe that this timeout is set by the notification rather than by the user.

Yes, but is that *the same* option? It looks to be an option for 'storing', not displaying.
