Hello
I can't seem to get Zoom running on my HP Laptop, running Linux Lite. Is there anything at the hardware end that may be preventing this? it's quite an old laptop.

Is there anything at the hardware end that may be preventing this?
Not that I know of. That machine should handle Zoom just fine. Do you dual boot with windows?
Member JerryF has a HP-EliteBook-8460p. Maybe he will respond. Why run LM 18.3? I think that machine will run LM 19.3 very easily.

Thanks for the response. No I don't dual boot. I've tried a number of Zoom versions and install methods but I still can't seem to rectify it.

I will give the LM 19.3 a try if you think it should run okay. Thanks.

Yeah, why not? Even LM 20.1 would probably run fine. I would make the jump to 20.1 if it were me.
You have a 250 GB disk that is less than 10% full with LM 18, so a whole disk image should be only 10 GB in size. That easily fits on a thumb drive. It might not be worth your time to make a whole disk image before upgrading, but I would. I am super cautious in everything I do.

Thanks again. I've downloaded the ISO and have a few problems to resolve first before I do an install but I'll start a new topic for that. What you say makes sense. Appreciated.
