Issue with the keyboard, CTRL is not working

Dear linux users,

I have a new small issu but sometime not convinient... both "CTRL" on my keyboard are not working... I'm trying to fix that but from now I did't find any solution.

Do you have an external keyboard you could attach to see if it might be a hardware problem with the keyboard on your laptop?
