My phone can't connect to linux

i want to change my phone rom to pixel experience rom but my laptop can't connect to the phone.
So i tried

this is before plugged in the phone :

Didn't seem to recolonized my A5 2017
Also i had turned on USB debugging, changed to PTP, installed go-mtps, libmtps9, jmtpfs and still didn't work
I had tried with my note 8 and it didn't work so i think the problem here is cause by linux
Can you help me with my problem
