When suspending or shutting down I get a message:
A program is still running:
usrbin/konqueror
WebRTC has active PeerConnections
This started after I installed the Konqueror browser via Software Manager. It didn't meet my needs so I uninstalled. After uninstalling I found Konqueror folders in usr/share/* and renamed them but that didn't help. Shutdown and rebooting was no help.
After uninstalling usr/bin is empty, even no hidden files.
How can I fix this issue?

Do you have a Timeshift snapshot from before you installed this program? If so, I suggest rolling back to it.
