[SOLVED] SUSPEND option doesnt work on uma 20.2

Post by LaleQ »

Hi, hope this is a right section to post it to. Nothing popped up for me when i searched so here I am to post it. I have just switched from windows to linux and wanted to set the sleep for the pc to fall into. I chose 30 minutes on the "suspend" option and yet what i get is that it logs me out and i end up on a screen with a clock popping up in random places. From there i can just press any button to get the screen back from which i can log back in. The suspend option works fine when i try to do this manually, but not when i set it up in power managenment.

Although, now that i counted it, it logs me out after 15 minutes of being idle. So maybe the fact that i'm being logged out prevents the suspend option from working properly? Is there a way to disable this?

Looks like it was Screensaver's fault. After i disabled it, my pc went to sleep.
