mint-meta-cinnamon not installing

Helo,
I want to upgrade my linux mint to 20.2 version. For upgrade i need mint-meta-cinnamon. But this is not installing. Please help

Which version of Mint are you trying to upgrade from?
if it's 19.3 you should follow the instructions here to upgrade to 20.2 https://blog.linuxmint.com/?p=4111 In the mean time you will need to go to a terminal and type this command

sudo dpkg --configure -a

or Go to synaptic and then edit tab and click on fix broken packages.
Good luck. if you are simply trying to upgrade from 20. to 20.2 you just need to do

I have 20.1. And I want to upgrade it to 20.2.

But still same error not fixed with sudo dpkg --configure -a

I can't see anything that sticks out. My guess is that the dependencies it can't find are simply not in the repositories at this time. Sorry.
Maybe someone else will come along and notice something I've missed. After further research it seems the package perl-base_5.30.0-9ubuntu0.2_amd64.deb is supposed to supply perlapi-5.30.0. So make sure the perl-base package is installed.
