I have tried the Lenovo fix, but it has made no difference.

I cannot work out which device is the touchpad?
It worked fully under Win 10 for the two to three days it kept that!
Now, the touchpad left button works, but I have to use the erratic double tap to emulate the right click!
Does anyone know the fix for the dell touchpad?
