Since moving to Mint 20.3, I have had a number of issues not seen in 20.2.
So far all have been resolved except one.
When I try and print an image from Gimp via Gutenberg, it either doesn't appear in the left hand panel or is so vanishingly small that I cannot be sure it is there.
Is this a settings issue?

[SOLVED] Mint 20.3 Gutenberg in Gimp
Surprisingly the answer was the most common of reasons, permissions.
I am ashamed that I did not anticipate this.
The ppd had been copied from /home directory and did not have the appropriate permissions.
This was the solution:
$ sudo chmod 644 /etc/cups/ppd/DCPL3510CDW.ppd
