Don't know if this is a Linux or a Chromium issue - but I used to be able to rearrange the tabs if I had multiple tabs open in Chromium.
Now when I attempt to do it, the window detaches and can't be slipped back into the multi-tab window.

Re: Chromium - cant rearrange tabs anymore
There was an issue where you couldn't move bookmarks around - created links on the desktop instead. This might be a related issue. There was an update pushed out a couple of days back that fixed my issue.

Re: Chromium - cant rearrange tabs anymore
It affected a mob of other Chrome based browsers also - but seems it is being fixed as updates come out to them.
There was also a problem dragging an open link to drop it in a folder in Bookmarks, but that seems to be mostly resolved now.
There are still a few of the other silly little things that began going wrong recently , but closing a Chrome / Chromium based browser, then openinng it again usually seems to fix the problem, and as a bonus, it doesn;t seem to lose any of the windows that were open.
