Where to find screen recordings with alt-shift-ctrl-R...

Post by mideal »

This seems to be a built-in system function of Cinnamon, as I don't have simple screen recorder installed.
I finally found my recordings it in my home folder, but how do you set up the folder where to save recordings?
Even the dconf-editor finds only settings for file extension (currently .webm), framerate, gstreamer pipeline.

This tool is so simple, that you do not have the choice to define a folder.

If you want more, use simplescreenrecorder.

I don*t understand (perhaps because I am not a native English speaker). Even if I assume, that "wth" stands for "with" I don't know, what this means.

I gave you an alternative.
