I am looking for suggestions for a SMTP server that can meet as many of the following requirements as possible:
Runs on Mint 21 (or Ubuntu 22.04)
GUI front end available for total config
Support for at least 2 Domains
Unlimited Email Aliases
Can store emails in flat single files (such as maildir or mbox)
Supports Spam Assassin
Supports RBL's
Supports White Lists (To/From)
Preferably has the ability to watch SMTP/POP logs live in the GUI
