I am using VMware Horizon for half a year with no problems. With Cinamon 20.3 and after monday on Vanessa.. But after upgrade to client 2206 (VMware client) which i did before the upgrade to Vanessa my Horizon client ends somtimes in a session. The message is: "The connection to the remote computer ended". Downgrade to version 2111.1 is not possible. It fails without being clear what is wrong (first uninstalling 2206 and then installing 2111.1. Nothing to do with Vanessa because is occured before that.
See pictures with message en config of my connection. Anyone a clue?

Re: VMWare horizon client disconnects every now and then
Did you find a solution to this? I'm having the same issue. I get disconnected about 3-5 times per day.
I am using Linux Mint 21 Cinnamon and Horizon client v2206. I'm not sure what "Vanessa" is but I do not believe I have it installed, unless it came with the Linux ISO.
