Update Tool "mintupgrade" halts with Error 100.

The upgrade tool loads and runs OK for a while then halts with error 100 being reported, (see errors below). I'm upgrading from 20.3 to 21.0
How can I fix these errors?

open Software Sources and disable all PPA and Aditional Repositories. then apt update and do upgrade again
