What is a good substitute for rainmeter? Or if there is a way to properly install rainmeter then that would be great!

Thorak1: What exactly are you looking to do with this rainmeter substitute? There are a few very good widgets provided by various Linux programmes that sit on the widget layer of compiz fusion. Are you looking for clocks? Comp information (eg. CPU load, RAM load, etc)?
