I know Pyqt can be used to develop a gui. Additionally the tool should be able to call c programs and to access the hardware of the computer like various ports. The need for c is for this very purpose.
I am reading about qtcreate and it's usage.
Are there any other tools,may be easier to develop in than PyQt?
