Analogue Clock on Mint Lock Screen

I was wondering whether there is any way I can put a transparent analogue clock widget (with ticking hands) for the Mint (Cinnamon) lock screen. To be clear, I want it operational only under the lock screen, not in the desktop resulting in hogged RAM.
