I just wondered if all people got the latest patches this time around also since I had this thread from before with another guy as OP.

I personally have locked my GRUB so it doesn't get changed unless I unlock it first. For me, there is no advantage - single boot, not worried about GRUB virii, quite happy with the way things are etc.
Others (more experienced than me and probably can take advantage of very minor feature updates) - like the new GRUB update.

I have win10 on the OEM NVME drive,
and MINT is on a separate SSD...
no need to mess it up, it works just fine the way it is now.
