I need a RDP client to access Windows machines over a LAN.
I used Remmina in the past (on Lubuntu) and it worked well (once I figured out the UI).
When I try it on Mint, Remmina can't resolve the name of the Windows host machine - I get "Could not find the address of the RDP server":
But if I try it with a IP4 address, it works OK:
The Mint machine has no problem resolving the hostname:
I can't just use IP addresses, because they're from DHCP and change unpredictably.
The only difference I'm aware of between what worked on Lubuntu and what doesn't work on Mint is that the Ubuntu install (just a week ago) was via a SNAP package; the Remmina install on Mint was a flatpak. (I tried the system package as well; same problem). I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
Advice, please!

Re: Remmina not resolving hostnames (works OK with IP)
The first thing I would suggest to you is to never never ever post your ip address on any forum, that just leaves you open to be hacked. Always black it out.
In terminal copy & paste the following command and post the results back here in between the code display brackets 5th icon above the text box.

Re: Remmina not resolving hostnames (works OK with IP)
Thanks. I thought posting the IP was harmless because it's a 192.168.x.x local address - not routable from outside my LAN.
Anyway, here's the output:

Re: Remmina not resolving hostnames (works OK with IP)
FWIW, today it's working fine.
I don't know why. I didn't change anything. Just today...it works.
