My preference is for black text on a white background as the easiet to read text. A few minutes ago, I was presented - by the USPS - with a text of its new 1st class postage rates for letters, just increased to 63 cents for up to 1 oz and 78 cents for up to 2 oz. There was a good deal of other information about envelope sizes. The font was gray on whte background. Very hard for me to read, especially in small font.
If I download the webpage as HTML or some other possible format, how can I change the document so that the important text is black on a white background?
USPS rates keep rising; the delivery time keeps lenthening; the information gets harder to read. What more could one ask, if not WW3?
