It's asking for this as It won't open, what is it ?
and what do I do with it?
I have Da Res open version 18
If I 'check for updates' (top left) I get completely white screen in Firefox and nothing happens ?

Please open the System Reports app and click the System Information tab on the left. Your computer's information should come up in the right pane.
