Package name for the Terminal quotes

I was wondering what packages Linux Mint uses to get a message or quote every time you start up the terminal. I'd like to install it in my Ubuntu partition as well.

There are several threads in the forum where people wan't to get rid of the quotations and in the How to section there's a sticky about it - you'll find what you need there
