Mintconstructor assistance

I posted this under Software & Applications but I am wondering if I may have posted it there by mistake and should have posted it in this section instead. Here is the original thread:
http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=67410

I am looking for a way to customize a Mint Live CD. There have been some in chat that have directed me to some HowTo's that are all terminal commands. I am more looking for something easier to use with a GUI interface, like Mintconstructor, as I still consider myself a Linux noobie, even though I have been using it for a few years. I know how to navigate around the terminal pretty well but it's easier for me to use a GUI.
Can anyone assist me and maybe tell me how to use Mintconstuctor correctly, if I am doing it wrong (since it doesn't seem to be working for me)?

Maybe this?

I have never used that tool so I don't know for sure.

mintConstructor only gives you a chroot terminal interface to work with for actual customization. The gui aspect of it simply automates the process of actually compressing/decompressing the filesystem and creating the .iso file. If you need something with a gui for customization, then you may want to look at other options (perhaps uck maybe?) as mintConstructor will not fit the bill here.

Thanks. You're not the only one to mention UCK. Someone in iRC mentioned it also, I just haven't had the chance to check it out.

On the other hand, you could use this as a fantastic opportunity to get familiar with configuring a system from a terminal interface. ;)
