GUI programming IDE?

Hi,
I use GAMBAS and Lazarus for GUI programming.
Is there any other IDEs like GAMBAS and Lazarus?
I couldn't find another.

If you could outline what particular features of the IDE you are looking for more help might be forthcoming, although many developers just use a text editor with syntax highlighting so YMMV.
