The language on the screens is Dutch so it may be hard to follow if you do not understand it.
Summary: During updating 99 percent of the time the sources for Languages will say FAILED.
After that the update manager will freeze, something I more associate with Windows.
This can't be good, and needs solving.

Well. I just tried to do an update from the command line and this is what I got:

That still doesnt answer why the Language downloads always say FAILED.
