Where is "Custom command" in "Open with" of File Properties?

I have a .vue file and on Mint 11 / Ubuntu I could go

right click > Properties > Open with > Custom command

and then enter the path to a .jar so that I could then double-click on my .vue files. In Mint 12, this option doesn't seem available anymore, and the "Add" button is always greyed out. Now what ...

Hi there,

I've used http://ubuntu-tweak.com/ to set up some file associations - though i have absolutely no idea if ubuntu tweaks is intented to work with mint.

I am also having this problem and cannot set up any custom file associations. The "add" button is greyed out in the "open with" menu
