Snes emulators for 64 bit Linux Mint?

I am having difficulty installing emulators cause they are 32 bit and I use 64 bit, help?

First install the ia32-libs package? That adds 32 bit versions of common libraries to your system. Alternative, snex9x-gtk is in the default repositories for installation, so you should be able to install that from the Software Manager in any case.

If you have problems with some software because you can only download it as a 32 bit .deb file, you can try to force install it. Do so from the terminal from the folder where you downloaded the file with:
