If this is after a fresh install I gues something in your /home partition
Find everything with Amarok there and delete it or rename it

If you cannot delete files in your home directory "as you" you have more problems than Amarok.....

I now see that this is in Installation&Boot which is not the right forum for this
Which edition do you use?
dcopserver is something that makes apps in KDE talk to each other, but Amarok is in the main edition too
