Adobeflash /Pluging and skype installation please!

I did recently installed Linux Mint 12 Lisa 64-bit.. but i couldn't download skype and also i couldn't display any content! ( a plugin needed, display on the screen and when i do try to install it.. it's coming out with no suitable plugin were found..! so if there's anyway.. can you tell me please what to do or how to install them! preferably in a very simple way if u can since i'm not a an expert when it comes to computer i really appreciated.

To install Skype, go to Terminal
