Felicia mint-wwiTV.com stream : Using small window to view broadcast while working on other open window, whenever mouse clicks the video flickers. The flicker is a picture of a film reel and section of film trailer showing the number 3, seems to be a logo. After a while, the flicker speeds up and the logo is unseen.The flicker becomes steady and independent making the video unviewable.
Other then this bug, a fine system, I've replaced 2 xpPro's already.

I don't quite follow you, but what you describe seems to be what you see if flash does not open - is blocked

What I called flickering , is called blinking by other posters I believe. I shut off compiz as recomended for blinking and it solved my problem.rek
