Trying to get sound

Been trying to use Audacity and other stuff. 0 sound, I cannot even play a video. The system only has sound upos rebooting. Then when I try to use Audacity and Rosegarden-zippo.

There is no useful info there whatsoever ... copy/paste separately into terminal:
